How is the breathing process of a frog different from that of a fish?

Both are same, just the organs differ. The process is called countercurrent gas exchange. Gases flow to lower concentration gradient, hence the oxygen diffuses from oxygen rich water to oxygen poor blood of the creature. Frogs breathe through their skin and fishes breathe through gills.
