it is simple both are run by gandhiji tho

in the non cooperation movement we can see we have to not do cooperate

in this movement it includes resigning of government officials , boycott of foreign services and clothes. boycott of govt. educational institutions

in the civil disobedience movement

we have the disobey the rules. as it is against the unfair laws of council
it is started to reduce the revenue prices and cut the salt tax
and don't use foreign clothes . but british government was against these acts
in some areas where these acts was not successful peoples were largly affected and killed

The non-cooperation movement involved only the measures meant for non-cooperating with the British government whereas the Civil Disobedience movement involved non-payment of taxes and land revenue, violation of laws besides, non-cooperation activities.
