If we dilute an acid too much then it will get dissociated completely and it means that hydronium ions have been increased as by dissociation of acid H+ ion is released.more the dissociation more is the H+ions released and hence more H+IONS become available to H2O and it makes more H3O+ ions. When a solution of an acid is diluted , the number of hydronium ions per volume decreases and concentration decreases .
