How is the consumer redressal process become cumbersome, expensive and time consuming?

BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE LOT OF MONEY AND TIME TO GO AROUND THE CONSUMER COURT AND IT WILL BE HARD TO PROVE THE CASE AND THE FEE OF THE LAWYER IS MORE AND IT IS NOT SURE WHETHER WE WILL GET JUDGEMENT OR NOT.THEREFORE IT IS CUMBERSOME,EXPENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING
