The continuous slow release of harmones is ensured by the feedback mechanism. In this mechanism cause and effect principle is followed. One the example of this mechanism is human body temperature control. Whenever temperature of the body increases the cooling process by sweating starts which automatically brings back temperature to normality. Brain is the controller of this whole process.
