How are the Council of Ministers formed at the centre?

If it is a single party rule, party top brass may get their parliamentary party leader elected by the elected Members of Parliament of the party. He/ She or his/ her nominee will be the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister shall be the head of the Council of Ministers. There after the party top brass in consultation with the Prime Minister nominee decide about the persons who are to be included in the cabinet. Then the council of ministers is formed by getting them took the oath of office and secrecy. Finally each such Minister some portfoliois are allocated by the President of India as adviced by the Prime Minister. The continuation of a minister in the council of ministers is at the pleasure of the Prime Minister.
