how is the democracy better than any other form of government

Democracy is always better because people get the chance to be heard and no one can claim that his voice was unheard. Also people are elected on basis of their capability and a blind hierarchy is not followed. This is in agreement with the United Nations Human Rights signed in 1948.

in a democracy it is for (for the people,by the people, of the people) and each person is independent in a democracy but in other form like federal government and communist it is just opposite to it so democracy is better!
