How is the development report published by the World Bank and UNDP different ?

Explanation: UNDP publishes HDI which includes all the factors such as life expectancy, PCI, etc. whereas World Bank compares countries based only on PCI and it also hides disparities. So, UNDP report is more better way of comparing countries.
