ANSWER:

To find out the direction of any magnetic field line we can just use a small compass and play set in the magnetic field line the  point on the compass that shows the north will change its direction as per the direction of the magnetic field and tend to move towards north.

EXPLANATION:

             Any magnet has magnetic field lines surrounding it which emerges from the "north pole of the magnet" and ends at the "South Pole of the magnet" and the strength of these magnetic field lines are more at the poles and lesser in between.
