Lok Sabha is more powerful than Rajya Sabha as Lok Sabha can make money bills but Rajya Sabha can't.

Once Lok Sabha passes any Financial law,then Rajya Sabha can't reject it.

In case of any clashes, opinion of Lok Sabha is taken into consideration.

1. In case of a Joint session of both the houses ,as the membership of Lok Sabha is more than double of the membership of Rajya Sabha it is the will of Lok Sabha that will prevail.

2. In Case of Money bill all powers are in hands of Lok sabha , Rajya Sabha can delay a money bill for only 14days.

3. A vote of No-Confidence if passed by the Rajya Sabha does not oblige the government to resign but a similar vote if passed by the Lok Sabha makes it obligatory for the government to quit.
