Big cities usually have Municipal Corporations who manage everything in the big cities. Explanation: Villages or small towns often live like communities headed by a single authority. While every big city required a municipal corporation and Mayor to handle and manage the city.

We see several villages are united in a single complete community .

Large enough to nearly or quite self .

The big cities with a large population have a Municipal corporation or Nagar Nigam.
