how is the marking done in class 10 external board? Is it lenient or strict?....please tell me honestly those who have taken external boards in class 10.

sam999: Really?...i mean is there step marking...cause i did my papers really well but due to some small calculation mistakes(in maths) i didn't get to the right ans.....however my method was right...thats why i am afraid

Its neither into the Marina nor onto the Everest.
They judge your paper by the marking scheme.

If you have picked the correct nerve and got the correct formula and method, then you will be provided good marks. But if final answer is wrong, the person who is checking can reduce 1/2 or 1 mark.
