Motion of a circular fan is uniform circular motion.

Sure, sometimes we can change the speed of the fan, but at that given moment it does not have any acceleration. It rotates with constant velocity.

Motion of a bicycle wheel is non-uniform circular motion.

the cyclist can accelerate or decelerate depending upon their wish.

Answer:

Difference between the motion of a bicycle and a celling fan is that a bicycle has linear motion as it moves forward, where as celling fan dose not possess linear motion.

Motion of a celling fan is an example of rotational motion.

hope it helps u.
