how is the parliament denpendent on the executive for enacting law ? do you think it has a positive or a negative effect on the proposal law​

the bill, first presented in sub committee and then in parliament.

if the committee members are in support of the bill the it is passed to the parliament. and then by the approval of parliament and president the bill is passed and forms law.

some time sub committee have too much debates on the bill which take a lots of time to be passed, though it takes much time but through these debates any incorrect bill is not passed. hence it has positive effect .
