the party which has the majority in Lok Sabha elects it's leader which is prime minister. he is the chief advisor to the president.

First he must be join a political party and he must be selected by his party member as a PM aspirant after that he should be win MP election. But not only he all the members or the party should be win the member of parliament election in majorityvotes across the country and his age must be 25 or above.
