Nepal's foreign trade is rapidly increasing but with the increase in the total volume of trade, the trade deficit is also increasing (Kafle, 2017). In Nepal, the trade deficit is continuously increasing because of very few goods to export.

Nepal is struggling to control foreign trade imbalance.Our imports exceed exports,as a result Nepal incurs a heavy deficit stood in foreign trade.According to Nepal Rastra Bank,Nepal´s foreign trade deficit stood at Rs.76456.90 million in april of 2017.Moreover , almost 66 percentage of foreign trade occurs with India .We import petroleum products,coal,chemical fertilizers ,readymade clothes,polyster,pipes,stones,sand and quarries to India and we import gold,machinery and electronic goods from them...
