SOLUTION :
The principle of ‘Unity of Command’ States that in a formal organisation employees should receive orders and instructions from one boss only.
If two or more superior command a worker at the same time, he will get confused to whose command should it follow .
If unity of command is maintained in the organisation it would have to avoid confusion among the workers ,conflict among the superior and create better relations between workers and managers.
