Pollination is carrying of male gamete to female gamete by various methods such as by wind .etc.It occurs in plants or organisms with external fertilisation

Fertilisation is fusion of male and female gametes to produce offspring.

pollination refers to transfer of pollen grains from anther to stigma. whereas fertilisation takes place when male gametes fertliges with female gametes giving rise to zygote.
