POLLINATION: Pollination is the process of transfer of Pollen grains from Anther of Stamen to Stigma (female reproductive part) of Pistol

Since plants can't move like animal kingdom which can move and both sexes can copulate to produce offspring hence they require pollination with Pollination with help of AIR, WATER, RAIN, or through INSECTS, BATS etc. or sometimes within same flower by throwing pollen on stigma.

FERTILIZATION: Fertilization is the process where sperm cells (has 2 nuclei) reach ovule and One nucleus fuses with the polar bodies to produce the endosperm tissues, and the other with the ovule to produce the embryo, Hence the term: "double fertilization" is used. This then develops into SEEDS

Pollination is a process of transferring of pollens from one flower to another. While fertilization is the process after the successful transfer of pollination, which involves the fusion of male gametes and female gametes of plants. Both of these are the natural process. But only flowering plants undergo the process of pollination, while fertilization is the common process of almost all living being.

Hope this will help you ^_^
