Scrutiny of nomination shall be taken only on the date specified in the notification issued under Section 30 of the Representation of the People, 1951.
(2) Scrutiny of nomination shall be taken only at the time and place mentioned in the notice issued under Section 31 of the R. P. Act, 1951.
(3) The following persons can remain present at the time of scrutiny of nominations.
(1) The candidate himself
(2) Election agent of the candidate
(3) One proposer of each candidate
(4) One other person duly authorized in writing
