The tertiary sector different from other two sectors. This is because other two sectors produce goods but, this sector does not produce goods by itself. These activities are an aid or support for the production process. For example, transport, communication, storage, banking, insurance, trade activities etc.

In tertiary sectors services are involved because in primary sector we produce raw materials and in secondary sector production of goods for the consumers .

Example:-A farmer sowed sugarcane and when it ripe farmer sell it to market , so sugarcane is. raw material and produced by primary sector ,A sugar mill buy sugarcanes from market and produce sugar so it is done in secondary sector , and who do white collar jobs this all are involved in tertiary sector.
