▶️Termination

✏ The amino acyl tRNA reaches the termination codon like UAA, UGA and UAG.

✏ The termination of polypeptide chain of amino acids occurs.

✏ This leads to the release of the polypeptide chain of amino acids and tRNA from the ribosomes.

✏ The ribosomes dissociates into large and small sub unit at the end of protein synthesis.

✏ This is occuring after the esults in the third codon shift to the A–site.

✏ A tRNA charged with third amino acid binds at the A-site for chain elongation in the 5’ 3’ direction and results in termination process.
