The main purpose of the respiratory system is to supply body bells with oxygen, and get rid of the carbon dioxide waste that the body doesn't need. Animals' respiratory systems are generally the same, but are also different in ways as well. The main difference between a pig's and a frog's, is that frogs breathe through their skin as well as their lungs.
