How is the use of local time inconvenient in practical ???

The use of local time in practical life is inconvinent because,if everyone starts using local time then there would be a total confusion.There is a time difference between each longitude of 4 and if local time was used and there would be a total confusing as crossing 1° towards the east would cause a 4 minute difference in time and tish would cause total confusion and even technology wont be able to calculate it properly but with the use of standard time,which is much more practical prevents this confusion.
As we have a local time for our countries , and when we travel through other cities having other local time it causes great confusion as which is the right time ? hence it is inconvinient in practical life . so we use standar time for every city as well as state
