How is the virtual image formed by a plane mirror different from image formed by convex mirror?

The image formed by plane mirror is virtual. It is before the pole of mirror.

The image cannot be framed on screen.

Whereas the convex mirror forms real image. Image formed is always real and after the pole. It can be framed in screen.
