How is the weight of the same object different on different planets

All its mass makes a combined gravitationalpull on all the mass in your body. That's what gives you weight. And if you were on a planetwith less mass than Earth, you would weigh less than you do here. You exert the same gravitational force on Earth that it does on you.
Since weight is the cause of gravity.....

It is because of the acceleration due to gravity which varies on different planets . We know that g is inversely proportional to the radius of the celestial body so it changes.
