if a body is positvely charged that means some electrons are less in it ,

similarly if a body is negatively charged then it has some extra electrons which give it negative charge

this additional mass of electrons in negative charged body makes it heavier than positively charged body

Bro this is just simple because electron has a mass .and negative charge resembles additional electrons .kisi neutral pe electron add karne se WO negatively charged ho jaega Aur usme ek electron ka mass bhi add ho jaega
