It is known that pH is an indication of the acidic or bases property of a substance.
The body can regulate this level but there are certain foods that cannot be controlled and increase acidity. The sour taste that arises out of acidity does not leave the mouth.
Sugary drinks, snacks and grains increase the acidity level.
A lower pH of the mouth creates bad bacteria that eventually lead to decay of the tooth.
It can be prevented by avoiding food that causes acidity.

We eat so many eatable things that contains sugar in some amount. When the food goes into our mouth then the bacteria present in the mouth starts digesting the food..
Sometimes the pH of amount decreases and become less than 5.5 and the tooth decay starts in our mouth.
To reduce the tooth decay we should thoroughly clean our mouth from the hot water or we should brush after eating..
