*Kidney filters the blood with the help of nephrons( the structural and functional unit of kidney).*Renal artery brings in the dirty blood to the nephrons.*The blood is filtered under high pressure by the Bowman's Capsule with the help of bundle of capillaries called glomerulus.*The filtrate enters into the proximal convoilted tubule and then move to the distal convoluted tubule.*The filtrate contains substances like glucose, amino acids, excess water,urea.etc..*Useful substances such as glucose and amino acids are reabsorbed by the blood vessels surrounding them.*The remaining filtrate contains urea and waste water, which is known as urine.*It then moves to the collecting duct of the kidney.*From there it moves to the urinary bladder through the ureter.*It gets stored in the urinary bladder for a while and is released in definite intervals.......Thus, Urea finds a way out of our body!!!!!
