hey friend,here is ur answer

The blood circulation transports ureafrom the liver to the kidneys where urea is excreted into the urine.Inhumans, enzymes in the liver metabolise toxic ammonia and carbon dioxide to non-toxic urea.

hope it works

The nitrogen in the amino acid becomes converted to ammonia and this is further converted by the liver into urea , which is less toxic than ammonia to the body. The kidneys then filter out urea from the circulation , send it to the bladder along with water and execrete it in the form of urine. THANKYOU
