Hey friend!
Urine is formed in the two bean shaped organs called the kidneys. First the kidneys filters all the soluble substances with the help of some functional units present in it called nephrons, after which urine is formed from excess water and waste substance 's molecules. After which it is passed to the Ureters, tubes that carry this urine from kidneys to the Urinary bladder. Then Urethra is the tube lets out the urine from the Urinary bladder and out of the body.
