How is vapour different from gases? Explain with examples

hajumar10pcgnd5: A gas refers to a substance that has a single defined thermodynamic state at room temperature whereas a vapor refers to a substance that is a mixture of two phases at room temperature, namely gaseous and liquid phase. In simple terms , we can point out three differences: ... Gas is a state of matter while vapour is not

Matter exists in three forms primarily as
Solid
Liquid
Gas

If matter is in solid state heat it , it becomes in liquid, heat it again to convert it in gas.

So here's to define gaseous state that molecules separate from each other such that intermolecular force  between them becomes zero..

So to reach gaseous there are two ways
1.The one which are volatile at room temperature to evaporate easily by taking heat from surrounding.

2.The one which are not easily evaporate as the heat of surrounding is not sufficient to make them into gas.

The first one when they convert into gas this gas is called vapours
Examples- 'petrol' you make smell it near petrol pum as its volatile.

The second one when they convert into gas this gas is called steam.
Example - make water boil the gas above container you taken is called steam of water.

As18: make it as brainliest plz

HI , VAPOUR IS DIFFERENT FROM GASES BY
1-) VAPOUR IS ALSO KNOWN AS WATER VAPOUR AS IT IS MADE BY WATER BY BOILING .
2-) GASES IS INVISIBLE AS IT IS NOT MADE FROM WATER WE ALSO CALL IT AS PARTICLES
