Kinetic energy is the energy possessed by a body by virtue of its motion .
We know that K. E = 1/2mv²
So, K. E ∝ v²
v ∝ √K. E.
As velocity changes , kinetic energy also changes .If the velocity of the object increases, Kinetic energy of the object increases .

in physics, the kintic energy of an object is the energy that it possesses due to the motion .it is defined as thework needed to acceleration a body of a given mass from rest to its stated velocity.having gain this energy due to this acceleration, the body maintain this kintic energy unless its speed changes
