The virtual reality and the real truth are very different from one another. Virtual reality is what is assumed true in the story and could happen in a virtual world, but its happening in the real world is impossible. So whatever happened to Micheal was true in the virtual world of computer. A story is about a person whose memory gets locked in a computer he bumped his head on a laptop. Than he reaches his friend for help. And Micheal was able to rescue him. But in the real world people had no idea they just thought it was a miracle that he got back from comma. So the title is absolutely right
