Water is formed after the chemical process of both Hydrogen and Oxygen. So this a chemical process. Now we know that during a chemical process the properties of the product formed is entirely different from the reactants. Therefore water has the entirely different properties from the hydrogen and oxygen because water is the product formed after the chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen.
