how is weather forecasting done

whether forecasting will be done by the satellite working.they have been catch signals from the rivers oceans,seas, etc.and those signals will be catched by the computer in the department. and those verified by the experts and they will telecasted in the television again by the satellites

Weather Forecasting is done by collecting data of weather.For example- Rain, Humidity etc.
These data were collected by using computers and satellite.And then we see weather report through the T.V or Mobile Phones.
