Villages are laid back and calm places. While in a city everbody is rushing.

Work in villages begin early and ends early in contrast to the city.

People in villages are dependent very much on each other. While in the city there are rare interactions amongst people

Work life balance is better in villages as compared to cities.

Never heard of rivalry amongst colleagues in villages which is very common in cities.

Future prospects in terms of career is much higher in cities.

here is your answer!

The difference between the village and the city work is ;

1.  Village work is based upon primary sector or activities like agriculture while as Urban livelihood is based upon secondary activities like manufacturing and terrestrial activities like services.

2.  Rural people work in fields while as Urban work is mostly confined to four walls like factories and offices.

Both villages and cities are interdependent. The people of cities need food which is produced in villages while as people in villages need fertilizers, pesticides and agricultural implements which are produced mostly in cities or with the money earned by the people in cities.

Both are interdependent and contribute to the country!
