how is work in cities different from villages? how are cities and villages dependent on each other?

Cities works on a very big scale and job opportunities are much in cities than in villages and most of the people in cities are educated and work as professionals and as for all works like plumbers and all these small jobs are necessary to all even for the rich men also.As we all need this small men for doing small works like fixing of taps and all these are important,so for these jobs cities are dependent on villages and farmers grow crops and rice and do agriculture practices and sell in cities and we all need food and that food we get from farmers,so in this way also cities are dependent on villages.
