Hey There!

Yeast is basically sold in powered form which is mixed with water and used in bakery products.

Yeast undergoes fermentation which produces Carbon dioxide which helps the product to be more airy and fluffy.

Hence , Yeast is helpful in baking.

Yeas is used in baking industry as it breaths anaerobically and produces CO2

This CO2 gets trapped inside the bread and makes the bread much more fluffy.
