Answer:

A woman's pregnancy affords her an opportunity to gain status within the household and thus may contribute to higher levels of empowerment through the duration of her pregnancy. On the other hand, higher levels of empowerment can also be associated with negative outcomes.

Answer:

●Girls will be provided with opportunities to attend school - not just primary school, but also middle school and high school and then the opportunity to attend a post-secondary institution. Instead of being pulled out of school after hitting puberty to be prepared for marriage. Remember that every generation left in poverty will produce an even larger generation dependant on poverty. If we don’t act now - it just means that we are delaying impoverished people’s escape from poverty.

●With education, women can be self-sufficient and lead independent careers. Thus, there is no need for them to enter into abusive or threatening relationships in order to be provided for. They can choose to enter loving and caring relationships with their partners or choose to be free. They can have the choice - just like men do.

●More and more women being educated can lead to more equal representations in the workplace.

●More women may be able to hold political positions to change the way our nations are being run and protest for issues such as sexual harassment in the workspace, or rally for laws that allow the women the ability to control her own body and what comes out of it.

●Change the perception society has of women.
