       LACK OF EXERCISE CAN AFFECT OUR BODY IN FOLLOWING WAYS-

1... It can affect the breathing rate of a person. 
2..It can affect heart,lungs, bones and joints.
3..It stretches our body if we do lack of exercise then we can't be able to sit properly.

4..Many dangerous diseases can be cause if we do lack of exercise.
5.. It ignites the functions of immune system or bones.

     Exercise is important but lack of exercises is not good.
