It's rightly said by Nelson Mandela that if you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.

It is not possible to communicate properly with another person if he/she doesn't understand the same language as spoken by the speaker. It might lead to misunderstandings which may even lead to frustration.

Even in daily lives,we feel much comfortable in talking to the person who understands the same language as us in comparison to others.
