Liquid nitrogen, which has a boiling point of -196C, is used for a variety of things, such as a coolant for computers, in medicine to remove unwanted skin, warts and pre-cancerous cells, and in cryogenics, where scientists study the effect of very cold temperatures on materials.

LN2 has a boiling temperature of -196°C.It's coolant effect defroze the semen taken from an outstanding bull whose spermatozoa remain alive at this temperature for millions of years until there is LN2.Such spermatozoa are used for genetic improvement even after death of Superior males. Most of cryogenic research on effects of cool temperature is being conducted.Hope it helps.
