local time is calculated in GMT BY THE STANDARD MERIDIAN OF A COUNTRY,IE +5.30 IN INDIA AND THEN FIND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TIME ZONE

FOR EXAMPLE IF IT IS 5.30IN INDIA IT IS 12NOON IN UK
