Given:- distance= 6000kms

i is even

To find:- time taken

Solution:- The total distance is 6000km and stops taken are 10 with average speed being 90kmph.

The i^th stop is i^2 i.e.

The 1st stopover lasts 1^2 = 1 minute

The 2nd stopover lasts 2^2 = 4 minutes

The 3rd stopover lasts 3^2 = 9 minutes

and so on,

The average speed between any two stopovers was 90km/hr.

Using the distance formula,

D = R*T

6000 = T*(90)

T = 6000/90

T =  66.67

In both cases information is not sufficient and hence more parameters are required. i.e the time taken byt the train for every stopage.
