Freezing process depends on many factors. Like conductivity of the container, difference in the temperature of water and inner environment of fridge and surface area available for heat transfer etc.

I suppose by asking this, you are seeking the answer in comparison to normal and salty water for a situation in which all the other condition are same for both except the presence of solute in salty water.

Due to presence of solute in the water it's freezing point goes down depending on amount of salt present per unit mass of water. Only thing I can tell you in order to answer this question is that, salty water will take longer time to freeze, if this satisfies your curiosity?
