How long will it take for the heavier mass to reach the floor? What will be the speed of the two masses when the heavier mass hits the floor?

the speed will be the same as under no air pressure any object of any mass falls freely with same speed

The speed of the heavier mass will be greater than that of the lighter mass hence it'll reach first

Let the mass of the heavier object and that of the lighter object be x and y respectively then,

Speed of x = 9.8x

Speed of y = 9.8y

Time taken by x = height of the building ÷ 9.8x

Time taken by y = height of the building ÷ 9.8y
