Solution:

Length of park = 45 m

Breadth of park = 21 m

Perimeter of park = 2(l+b)=2(45+21)=132 m

So, Distance = 132 m

Speed = 6 m/min

$Time = \frac{Distance}{Speed}\\Time = \frac{132}{6}$

Time = 22

Hence It will take 22 minutes ravi to go around a rectangular Park
