Wavelength = 25cm
= 0.25m.
Distance= 1.5km.
= 1.5 x 10^3m.
time = ?
We know that,
Velocity of sound = Frequency x Wavelength
v = 1.5 x 10^3 x 0.25
v = 0.375 x 10^3
v = 375m/s.
Now,
Time = Distance/Velocity
t = 1.5 x 10^3/375
t = 1500/375
t = 4s.
