Since our Honourable President is very busy. you can have difficulties meeting him.
Still you can contact his office by phone/ in person or through letters mentioning your questions and other things. If you are lucky, he may as well oblige you.

You must have done something extraordinary to meet the President. Write him a letter with your achievements. Somewhere on Quota I read the experiences of two individuals writing their achievements of meeting Kalam Sir. However I think Kalam Sir is so down to earth that he will always boost the children of our motherland
